I stayed in a beautiful room sea view. The view of the sea was very nice. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i really liked the variety of fresh foods the restaurants offered. I also found the staff in the restaurants to be very friendly and helpful. the hotel has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children.

the shopping mall on the ground floor is unfinished though, with building works ongoing.

A Heavenly Escape!

The animation team proved to be really good, always keeping the energy high and the atmosphere light. Their activities really added such a special touch. The whole hotel seemed clean. The waitresses showed constant, positive attitudes , made every interaction a joy.

The music levels in the room were pretty high, especially during late hours, made falling asleep difficult and slightly disruptive.

My "beautiful room sea view" room included a minibar stocked with soft drinks and water. This was refilled daily, without needing a reminder. The air conditioning worked very efficiently and maintained a steady, comfortable temperature. I found the linens crisp and fresh. This helped contribute to a restful sleep.

The immediate vicinity included several shops selling souvenirs and basic necessities. I found this quite useful for quick purchases. The distance to the nearby marina was short. This provided options for boat trips and water activities. Taxis were readily available outside the hotel entrance. This gave me convenient transport options.

the design of the resort is contemporary! there are many well-appointed spaces. the staff were polite even when their english was limited. they enhanced the overall experience. the cleaning was very good. i thought that our room was kept spotlessly clean, and the communal areas were well maintained.

the pottery has potential to be great but it's not. the room is small and there are limited instructions if you are doing this for the first time. we made our pottery and put our initials on it. we returned to find it gone.

The staff work hard to look after the pool area. They ensure guests are looked after daily. The waiters regularly attend to all guests near the pool. the staff in all restaurants are trained very well.

The food restaurants were excellent. I loved the roof top terrace. The buffet restaurant had amazing choices everyday. there were plenty of fresh, delicious options. you don't leave hungry. Staff are attentive.

the pillows were of poor quality, it felt below standard for a resort. an iron was available, i requested it but the bathroom provided basic amenities. the main buffet restaurant was limited and small, it had restricted variety.
